March 7, 2022: Joseph G. Harraka, Jr. Esq. served as a Moderator and Speaker at the ABA 2022 Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar
Philadelphia, P.A., March 2022 - Joseph G. Harraka, Jr., a member of the Firm and Erik B. Derr, an associate in the Firm’s litigation department, both of whom specialize in coverage related matters for various insurance company clients, recently attended the ABA 2022 Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar held at the Lowes Ventana Canyon resort in Tucson, Arizona from March 2-5, 2022. Becker LLC was a bronze sponsor of the event.
Mr. Harraka, a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, who serves as Chairman of the Firm’s Insurance Coverage Group stated “our Firm’s attorneys have been attending various ABA meetings of leading coverage attorneys for the past several years and we were proud to again be a sponsor of this event. Mr. Harraka moderated and served as a speaker for one of the event’s scheduled programs entitled – “Oh You’re So Reserved: Trends and Topics in Reservation of Rights Letters” – which addressed recent legal decisions regarding, and state specific requirements for, reservation of rights letters and best practices for insurers to adopt in light of such decisions.
