February 2019: Becker LLC proudly announces that Eric R. Perkins has joined the firm as of February 4, 2019. Eric will lead the firm’s international transactional group as well as join the firm’s debtor/creditor’s rights group. Eric has extensive experience in international commercial transactions and in counseling international clients in compliance with US and international manufacturing and food, drug and agricultural standards.
Eric represents clients primarily in the manufacturing, agri-food and construction industries. He provides these international services in an efficient manner, ensuring that all federal and state regulations are met. Eric is fluent in Italian and French and proficient in Spanish.

Along with his international practice, Eric maintains a practice in corporate bankruptcy and insolvency law with an emphasis in representing businesses and their owners in bankruptcies, businesses as creditors, or representing trustees, assignees for the benefit of creditors, and representation of Creditors’ Committees. He serves on the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Eric has also received numerous appointments as a Chapter 11 Trustee. Eric’s Chapter 11 Trustee appointments have been in numerous industries and businesses, including, without limitation, the manufacturing, engineering, medical, and dental fields.
