Bio

Justin is an Associate with the firm's Bankruptcy practice where he focuses on Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy law, including the representation of Chapter 11 debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, Chapter 7 trustees and defendants in bankruptcy litigation.
 
Before joining Becker, Mr. Baumgartner worked at Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, where he worked on Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy law, which included the representation of Chapter 11 debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, Chapter 7 trustees and defendants in bankruptcy litigation.  Prior to that, Justin clerked for the Honorable Diane Davis, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of New York, and the Honorable Brian F. Kenney, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
