Haley Jung is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, where she focuses her practice on corporate, commercial, and insurance coverage litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jung was an associate at an Am Law 100 law firm, where she focused her practice on general liability matters, including personal injury and premise liability. Ms. Jung has over seven years of experience defending insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in a wide range of New York and New Jersey workers’ compensation matters. Ms. Jung also has prior experience representing municipal entities in a variety of civil and municipal matters.

Ms. Jung graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 2011, where she competed as a member of Seton Hall’s Dispute Resolution Society.  Ms. Jung was the St. John’s Law School & FINRA Dispute Resolution Triathlon’s National Champion in the fall, 2010 and a Regional Semi-Finalist of the Georgetown Law School ABA Arbitration Competition in the spring, 2009. During law school, Ms. Jung held a legal internship with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ Office of the General Counsel, where she actively participated in fraud investigations and lien negotiations for the Medicare Secondary Payer Act Claims.
