Abo A. H. Mahmoud is an associate with the firm’s Corporate Department and Business Services Group where he focuses on mergers, acquisitions and other commercial transactions.  Mr. Mahmoud has been practicing since 2019 with a focus on drafting corporate finance transaction documents and advising on securities and related matters. Prior to joining Becker, Mr. Mahmoud worked as an associate at New Jersey based Securities and Corporate Finance boutique firm.
